What To Do When The Practice Is Closed

Emergencies at weekends, bank holidays and out of normal surgery hours:
If you need to contact a GP outside surgery hours please dial 111 and you will be directed to the most appropriate service.

Please do not attend Accident and Emergency unless you need to!

If you are Croydon resident and are unable to get an urgent appointment at your GP surgery you can call 111 for an assessment of your problem.

If you then need to see a GP NHS 111 can book an appointment for you to be seen at one of the three new GP Hubs in Croydon.

You can also be seen at a GP Hub without an appointment but may have to wait.
